Of course I don't have any Dragon types! This is an NU team, in which Altaria and Druddigon are the only Dragon types. Not enough of a threat to me to warrant Dragon type attacks (especially seeing as I have Lapras) and not powerful enough to warrant their use.

I would suggest replacing Persian with Ambipom,but it appears that it is UU.
For Lapras,seeing as he is a sweeper and it needs to set up,Replace leftovers with Lum Berry.
As for Umbreon,give it Inner Focus instead of Synchronize,because if Umbreon gets in a stall war, and the opponent inflicts a status other than Bad Poison,it would be synchronized to it leaving you unable to toxic it.

Hmmm. Good point with Inner Focus there Shx. I like Leftovers on Lapras, as Lapras is fairly bulky. After a few Dragon Dances, it can heal off damage gained with Leftovers, or at least enough to protect from things like Extremespeed or Fake Out. It also means my sweeper won't be destroyed by damage from Sandstorm and such.
