Pretty good, but less Lefties/Choice Items. Consider Life Orb Flygon.
Seems kinda basic and predictable
What should I do??
You could try status orb heracross I suppose. You also don't really have anything to handle bulky waters, who are quite common in uu. Roserade is good at this.
Hate it.

I took my time to answer this, as you wanted, and this would really pleased you, but my answer will be considered only if you play Showdown, which seems to be so. I'm not a boss in UU but I can try to help, at least.

KINGDRA > FLYGON

Kinda right, no ? Kingdra can take the bulky water threat if well played. If you choose the special approach, of course. Now, why Kingdra > Flygon ? Kingdra ' s better defensive and access to both swift swim and Rain dance create a tank very fast, capable to handle other water and dragons, while having worse HP, but, with EV, you get better everywhere. so, that's why Kingdra > Flygon. But, if Flygon please you, keep it. I would took Kingdra instead but that's me. Go with the special approach.

sp.TANK
Kingdra @ Life orb:
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 special attack / 252 speed
Modest nature

  • Rain dance (boost both speed and moves)
  • Surf/Scald (STAB + rain)
  • Dragon pulse (STAB)
  • Ice beam (coverage)

That's the special set.

Blastoise is in his standard support set, keep it, it covers some of your weaknesses.

RAIKOU > UMBREON

Yep, you have already what is able to handle special defense, now what you need is to sweep, and Raikou ca. No Drizletoad no Kyogre because of the tier, Kingdra will setup the rain, and Raikou sweep indeed.

Special Sweeper
Raikou @ Leftovers:
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 special attack / 252 speed
Timid nature

  • Thunder (STAB + Rain)
  • Calm mind (useful boosting form)
  • Aura Sphere (It surprised me when Raikou learns it, excellent move)
  • Hidden Power ICE (Coverage)

A special Raikou set, with what to handle against weaknesses.

Bronzong is a wall, not a Tank. Tyranitar is a tank. A tank is a pokemon that hit as hard as a sweeper, but slower and bulkier. A wall is a pokemon that survive lot of hits. It is usually designed to setup Stealth Rock and Spikes with whatever that go with. Indeed, keep Bronzong, your team seriously need him.

Heracross. We will keep it, as far as your team need physical sweepers, but we will change a little something in him.

Physical Sweeper
Heracross @ Flame orb:
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 attack / 252 speed
Jolly nature

  • Megahorn (STAB)
  • Close Combat (STAB)
  • Pursuit (As far as switch is common in Showdown, use this + Stealth rock.)
  • Stone edge (Coverage)

A standard physical Heracross, with what to handle switch.

ARCANINE > CHANDELURE

Yes, Arcanine, I love you so much, I'm your first fan, and here you are really needed by somebody who doesn't know your large limits. Arcanine, Arcanine !!!
You neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed a physical sweep, but Arcnine assume both physical and special sweep and could be used as a tank if trick room is your strategy. Now, Arcanine + rain ? No No No !!! Play him only when rain finish, 'k ? (Yes, Arcanine = him. Every other = it)
Arcanine is a fire like Chandelure, but not a ghost, sorry. So there are no reaseons to refuse him in your team.

? (sweeper or what else)
Arcanine @ Life orb
Trait: Flash Fire (u switch Heracross into him to take a fire attack)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 attack / 4 defense
Adamant nature

  • Flare Blitz (STAB)
  • Close Combat (Coverage)
  • Wild charge (Coverage)
  • Morning Sun (retore HPof every attack and Life orb, and useful if someone setup sun)

You aren't obliged at all to follow this, no flags, I didn't switched your team completely.
All the luck with this team.

1. Kingdra is not a special tank.
2. If that's a rain team, only one Pokemon to set up rain isn't a very god idea ><
3. On Arcanine, Why do you have Morning Sun IN THE RAIN?
I said he shouldn't play Arcanine under the rain, if you read it all. Kingdra BECOME LOOKING as a special tank. It isn't a rain team completely + nobody obliges him to follow anything of what I wrote.
I agree. i have tryed all those pokemans , and they are better than best. good thinkin arcarmon.
Thanks
Wouldnt it be better to give heracross a toxic orb? Burn lowers your attack.
