Great but you could go with a sweeper set: Adamant; 252 Attack, 140 Speed, 118 Hp; Earthquake, Rock-polish, Stone-edge, Fire-punch.

Starmie

Great special sweeper and rapid spinner but you may want to consider, provided you do not mind losing a rapid spinner, going with Shaymin Sky form as your special sweeper.

Seed-flare: STAB+Lower S.Defense

Shaymin with be hitting extremely hard after just one Growth as it boosts S.Attack(and Attack but it is not important here) by 2 stages.

While I understand that you are trying to lower your opponents speed with Bulldoze you should really use Earthquake instead, it is far stronger as you know and honestly you could KO the Pokemon with it in the time you take to lower its speed.

I know he is good in ubers but quite honestly he does not provide this team with anything important. I would switch it for a Pokemon that can counter Kyogre. Maybe Mewtwo if you do not mind another special Pokemon or Zekrom if you do. The sets should be:

Overall team

The team is pretty good but it lacks counters to get rid of Sun counters, but if you use the suggestions it will be an amazing team.

True. But I still think Mewtwo or Zekrom would do a much better job at it. Kyogre would probably just switch out and have another Pokemon make short work of it while if they tried that with Mewtwo or Zekrom the Pokemon they switch to would end up either KOed or have a serious Dent. Something else to consider is that, though not very common, some Kyogre carry toxic as Kyogre is a pretty good Wall. Zekrom and Mewtwo are more reliable counters. Also Shedinja does not hit nearly as hard as Zekrom and Mewtwo(Even after swords dance) on Kyogre(I ran the stat calculations).

Most Kyogre will be Scarfed.

Also, Shedinja can actually switch in on Kyogre plus Rayquaza and other Outrage Pokemon WITHOUT TAKING ANY DAMAGE. Pretty good.

I realize that but I still think either Zekrom or Mewtwo would be a better idea. Though Thank you for the information about Shedinja I may use him in the future. Though Zekrom and Mewtwo would be better in this situation.

Gotta side with Trachy here, Shedinja works much better, although with your suggestions he would lose his Spinner, making Shedinja much less useful.

Shedinja is the perfect ubers counter, that's it.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that you should especially switch Shedinja out if you swap out Starmie. I understand that Shedinja is useful but In my opinion Mewtwo or Zekrom would be better.
