This is for dealing Weather disruption. This guy just got the DW ability, Cloud Nine, which brings a halt to weather effects while he's on the field. Basically, I want to come in, and smash the opposing Weather changer for SE damage, Gyro Ball is boosted by low speed and hits Abomasnow (or Snowver) and Tyranitar for 2x damage, I also considered Hammer Arm in this slot. Power Whip deals with [Drizzle] Politoed, Groudon, Kyogre, and [Sandstream] Hippowdon (or Hippotas) for 2x damage, while having 120 base power, obviously the Ubers aren't going to be phased much by this stupid thing, but the lower tiers should get hit pretty hard. EQ has great coverage, but is used namely for Ninetales (or Vulpix), and Tyranitar (Gyro Ball is better). Return for STAB and it hits most other types for neutral.
EV's and Nature give it a nice 401 HP (5 Seismic Tosses to kill it), 295 Attack, and 238 in each defense, enough, in combo with high HP, to absorb a shot or two from just about anything. This is helpful with it's atrocious speed.
What changes should I make? As previously mentioned, I was contemplating using Hammer Arm instead of Gyro Ball for wider coverage and a 4x hit on Tyranitar. I think this change would also warrant a nature switch to Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk).
