Ok I am sorry if you want to use these pokemon you need to start completely over with the sets.

Typlosion: Eruption, Hp(Ice), Solar beam, Sunny day

Giratina: Shadow force/Shadow ball, Dragon claw/ Dragon pulse, Earth power/ Earthquake, Will-o-wisp(It depends on physical or special)

Lugia: Toxic, Recover, Calm mind, Psychic

Switch Infernape for Mew becuase you already have a fire type.

Mew: Psychic, Shadow ball/dark pulse, Flame thrower, Aura sphere.

Magnazone: T-bolt, Flash cannon, Thunder wave, Light screen

Lumineon(One of the worst pokemon ever) Surf, Ice beam, SIlver wind, HP(Ground)

I think typhlosion should learn euruption. I would say you should delete cut on Girintina but I know that need cut. Anyway, good designed tema other wise.
