I'm wondering why Frosslass is your lead? Machamp or Aggron would make better leads than Frosslass. If you insist on keeping it as your lead, go for a moveset like this:
Frosslass @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Cloak
Evs: 248 Hp / 84 Def / 176 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
-Spikes
-Taunt
-Ice Beam
-Pain Split
Anyways, it's okay.
Machamp
Replace it's ability with No Guard. Dynamic Punch can replace Brick break because it has higher attack and confuses. Otherwise, It's good.
Wobbuffet
You need to replace Wobbuffet's charm with encore. He's pretty much useless without it as the opponent can set up and easily OHKO you. His Ev spread should be like this:
252 Def / 252 S.Def / 4 Spe
Aggron
Can't really say much here, except for replacing Rugged helmet with life orb.
Flygon
You should replace Fly with Earthquake, giving it another STAB and is quite powerful. Crunch is okay but I would suggest Stone Edge or U-Turn
