You should not have Earthquake there, use Gyro-ball, Explosion, Rapid-spin, or even Volt-switch(Not for damaging but for switching). Forestress is for setting up, removing other entry hazards then leaving. Leftovers over Earth plate

Ok start over, Focus-sash=Item, Moves = Protect/Hone-claws, Brick-break/Hi-jump-kick, Blaze-kick/Fire-punch, Stone-edge/Earthquake. Shadow-claw simply is not that useful, Flare-blitz is not worth the recoil. Sky-uppercut is inaccurate and moderately powerful, but Brick-break is more accurate and Hi-jump-kick is more powerful.

Psychic and Psyshock? I understand what you are trying to do but it is not worth it. Swap Psychic for Charge-beam. Also you could Switch Focus-blast for HP(Fighting) if you want more reliability. Item should be life-orb as Magic-guard prevents the damage. Nature should be Timid/
Swampert
Ok Special Swampert is not bad but that set.......Go with 1 Water type move just 1. Scald is the best choice because of the burning. Toxic is another good move choice and give him Earth-power as well. Earthpower is more useful than Damp because very few Pokemon use Explosion now because it got weaker in this Gen.
Gliscor
The fangs are good but I suggest Stone-edge and Swords-dance instead.
Deoxys
..................good but.....that nature? You aren't even using your Attack stat? give him a Modest or Bold nature.
