I would rate this but it would involve completely changing almost every single pokemon. for now read up on LC on smog on.

get rid of ledyba, rhyhorn, and nosepass,
I don't know what you're trying to do with scraggy but use eviolite instead, and use the dragon dance or bulk up set (if you want the sets ask. why would you use lagging tail and analytic? sure it's strong but it's going to get KOd or walled by chinchou before it can do anything. change it to the sturdy juice set. Use deepseatooth as an item on clamperl instead and use hidden power grass over waterfall.

Even with all the changes you still have basically no synergy, so definitely read up on LC on smogon.
