I take it you followed my example such as my team of DT's faves? I feel like a pioneer to this stuff :) And I think it'd be worth it to put Hydro Pump on Cloyster, no use for that Special attack raise if you don't have a special move. Replace Razor Shell for Hydro Pump for that extra power and follow these EVs. 126 Atk, 126 SAtk, 252 Spd. Go Naive nature, he already has Xtremely bad SDef. And Sharpy needs Ice Fang for just a tad bit more power against Grass.

@TKL Cloyster is just fine. Hydro Pump is unreliable with Cloyster seeing as after a Shell Smash, it becomes vulnerable to Sweepers, and you don't want to lose Cloyster just for a miss of Hydro Pump. Sharpedo doesn't really need Ice Fang, but it's a good choice.
