Why are you keeping a SubGarchomp? Swap Substitute for maybe Dragon Claw or Dragon Tail. It'll go well with Swords Dance.
For Jirachi, i say take out fire punch and put in Hidden Power Water to cover ground and fire.
Put Psychic instead of Trick (wtf? :P) for STAB.
For Lati, i say give it a colbur berry, and teach it Hidden Power Rock to cover ice and Bug, and Shadow ball for ghost. then you can have dragon pulse (for dragon) and Psyshock / Psychic / Luster Purge for STAB :)
And teach Dr. Connors Brick Break instead of focus blast. cheers!

Why would i teach Dr. Connors bb when its a sp.atk char?  And jirachi is a atk user not sp.atk and its trick is for stat boosting spammers like cloyster.
