Answer 1

The first thing I have to comment on is that you have too many Set-up sweepers,A phazer would have no problem facing them, A choice item might lock you into a move but it'll spare you set-up. Secondly,Salamence needs Fire Blast,a Ferrethorn or a Skarmory can wall it.
As for Aerodactyl,Iron Head doesn't do much,you have Stone Edge,I'd replace it with one of the fangs,And overall I think you should replace it with Landorus,it can have the same moves,although Landorus is much slower,but it has a high attack and it's fairly bulky.

I'm gonna say this out front, I had a Landorus to begin with..
