Feraligatr:

Nice Feraligatr you got there, pretty much nothing to change at all. All you need to change is to switch it's current Nature, Jolly, to Adamant for more Attacking Power. That's all :)
Whimsicott:

Your Whimsicott is okay, but it looks to me that it isn't supporting your Team at all(Tailwind is useless). So replacing it with someone who can set up Entry Hazards can be nice. I'm going to suggest one Pokemon, who can also Wall Ice Types moves and support your Team, It is:

Snorlax
Snorlax gets Thick Fat, which lowers Damage caused by Fire and Ice Type Moves! Considering your Team is weak to Ice Types, this is a must. Here is what I suggest:
Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP, 198 Def, 60 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef -SAtk)
- Whirlwind
- Return
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
With Entry Hazard support, this Moveset can become the most annoying for your Opponent. Whirlwind phases Entry Hazards to the opponent. Return is STAB(To be used with Max happiness). This part is the most important, Restalk. Rest heals you when you have Taken heavy Damage, and Sleep Talk allows you to attack, more importantly have 0 Priority with Whirlwind and not -6. I've battled this, and it's the most Annoying Phazer I've battled.
Magmortar:

Magmortar is complete trash to be honest, and shouldn't be used unless it is NU. I suggest replacing Magmortar for someone that can set up Entry Hazards and Wall your weaknesses. I suggest:

Deoxys-D
This thing has a superb 160 Base Defenses, top it off with a nice Support Movepool and a nice Typing, what a Nice Pokemon. Here is what I suggest:
Deoxys-D @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs, 252 HP, 184 Defense, 72 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Recover
- Seismic Toss
This is what I suggest. EVs look weird, but give it nice Bulk(forgot the Numbers xD). SR Ans Spikes support the Team and Snorlax's strategy. Recover restores HP and makes this thing harder to take down. Seismic Toss does amazing Damage for a Wall, and in case you get Taunted. Do not Lead with Deoxys-D because you'll be at risk of getting Taunted by Crobat.
Honchkrow:

Your Honchkrow is okay, but I don't see it Outspeeding much at all. Also, your Moves are a bit repetitive. I suggest this Honchkrow:
Honchkrow (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Ark -SAtk)
- Sucker Punch
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Substitute
Honchkrow needs to have some bulk! Sucker Punch is Priority STAB, and if strong enough, can get you a Moxie Boost. Brave Bird is alternative STAB when you need it. Roost heals off damage causes by opponent and Life Orb. Substitute protects you from Damage and Status and turns this into a good SubRoost Moveset,
Flygon

Minor adjustments will make this into a deadly Flygon. Replace Dragon Pulse(why?) for Outrage and replace the Choice Band for a Choice Scarf so you can outspeed many things. Change the EV Spread to 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd. So, here is a neater version of what I said:
Flygon (M] @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk -SAtk)
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- U-Turn
- Fire Punch
Jolteon:

Quick Feet is useless on Jolteon, since it already has blistering Speed. You also aren't even abusing the Ability at all. Jolteon does not have the Bulk to Baton Pass things to others as well and your EV Spread is bad. Here is what I suggest:
Jolteon (F) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SAtk, 252 Sod
Timid Nature (+Spd -Atk)
- Thunderbolt/Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Signal Beam
This is what I suggest, a Special Sweeper. Volt Absorb outclassed Quick Feet so much, and it supports Feraligatr and Honchkrow. Choice Specs boosts is Sp. Attack to astounding levels. Thunderbolt/Thunder is STAB, chose Thunderbolt for reliable power, or Thunder to abuse Rain from the opponents Team. Volt Switch scouts Jolteon out. HP Ice covers those Ground and Dragon Types that otherwise wall Jolteon. Signal Beam covers Grass, Psychic, and Dark Types.
Good luck with your Team :)
