Blissey with an eviolite? Maybe you mean Chansey. If not try leftovers. I also would replace Shadow Ball for Ice Beam and to stall for longer try replacing Hyper Beam with Protect. Otherwise a good Blissey!
Good Shuckle. If it's to stall try a Flash/Sandstorm/Poison combo. Not good against steel types though,so i suggest switching out if up against one.
I don't know about Poison Jab with Infernape... put on Flare Blitz instead. You may lose quite a bit of HP with the Life Orb but it will do massive damage.
With Miltank, good stall but and alternative is using Heal Bell to make it a healer for your team (instead of Toxic). If it is a staller, good moveset. See if you can keep Toxic and add in Protect.
Chill Drive? Isn't that only for Genesect? Well, I don't know. Only thing I think you should change for Porygon2 is Trick Room for Zap Cannon and Psychic for Lock-on. Massive damage in two turns. If it doesn't faint, it's paralysed.
High attack Togekiss without Sky Attack? Try replacing Fly with it. IMO Togekiss is a Special Attacker, so I would have Aura Spere instead of Brick Break and Air Slash instead of Aerial Ace. But since you have a Physical Togekiss try Extreme Speed instead of Aerial Ace. Wish is good, by the way.
Overall Nice * defensive * team, I suggest having more Pokemon focusing on attack, like your Infernape.
