OK, I see maybe one or two changes made to his entire team. Excluding the random 6 EVs intead of 4. Along with you telling him why he was using the moves he already had....? The changes I see if Surf on Politoed ( Not a good idea over Hydro Pump IMO, but the Surf vs Hydro Pump argument is pretty opinionated anyhow. ) A different ability on Smeargle, which is super gimmicky. And a worse nature for Smeargle. So that get's my down-vote, sorry.
