Sand stream already has unlimited sand, unless opposed by another pokemon. Meaning Smooth Rock is completely useless.
Tyranitar and Crustle are Rock/Dark and Bug/Rock, respectively.

Tyranitar
Seeing as you have a brave nature and all attacking moves, I'm going to assume you're trying to run a lead all-out attacker. Everything is fine but smooth rock is useless. Sand stream provides unlimited sand unless another weather is set. Replace it with a life orb for extra power or leftovers to increase longevity.

Rhyperior
I'm sorry, but Choice Scarf is useless on a 40 base speed pokemon. Give it leftovers. Also, Rhyperior can only benefit 1 move, Double-Edge, with reckless. Solid Rock makes up for it's 6 weaknesses. Since you're taking out reckless, you may as well take out Double-Edge. Replace it for a STAB like Stone edge.

Crustle
I see you're trying to run a attacker set but unfortunately, he doesn't have the power to attack. Either run him as support or Shell Smasher:

Crustle @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Evs: 224 Hp / 252 Def / 32 SDef
Nature: Impish (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spikes /Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor

Spike or Stealth Rock; you're call on which hazards you want to use. Toxic is explanatory while Stone Edge is STAB and pevents you from being taunt trapped. X-Scissor is STAB and gives coverage.

Or:
Crustle @ White Herb / Life orb
Ability: Sturdy
Evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Shell Smash
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
- Earthquake

Shell smash gives you that boost of Atk and Spe that you need. Life orb gives you further damage while White Herbs negates the Def drops. Stone Edge and Earthquake give you the famous Edgequake combo. X-Scissor gives further STAB and coverage.

Seismitoad
Looks good.

Excadrill
You're using him the wrong way. Sand Force is MAJORLY outclassed by Sand Rush. It gives Excadrill the speed that he needs to sweep. 88 base speed isn't getting him anywhere. The moveset is all wrong too. Skull Bash just sucks. It gives him no coverage and it takes turn to use! Replce with X-Scissor. Earthquake and Drill Run is redundant. Drill Run should be replaced with rock slide to give ground + rock coverage. Using double team is banned in most games and Excadrill's frail-ish defenses aren't going to make him live long enough for you to abuse it. Shadow Claw gives Excadrill coverage on ghosts so replace it with that. Follow this set:

Excadrill (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Force
EVs: 4 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- X-Scissor
- Shadow Claw

Donphan
You're using him not the way he should be used. He's supposed to be defensive than offensive. I think Gliscor will fit the job better.

Gliscor(M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 Hp / 184 Def / 72 Spe
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Taunt
- Protect

Toxic paired with Protect is an obvious and deadly stall combo. EQ scares off foes and protects you from being taunted. Taunt can scare off threats like Blissey or Chansey and can also help in the Toxic+Protect combo to make sure that they don't set up on you when you protect.

You really need to improve on moveset and item choice.
