trick swaps your item with the foes thats why people gave it a laging tail.
because lagging tail gives the holder -7priority therfor will always go last.
oh okay i understand it now thats a pretty cool move

Ahh, we meet again SEP.

So far, you've improved on item choice and movesets so thats always a good sign :)

Emboar
Looks pretty good but Choice band is seemingly out of place in this moveset. Emboar likes to have the extra attack but you're stuck with one move. Reckless, as you know, increases damage on recoil move as well as the recoil. Might as well give it a Life orb so that you can freely switch moves to demolish your opponent.

Stoutland
Again, the wrong item. Expert belt is mainly used for fooling opponents that you have a choice item but you don't actually. Using expert belt is hard to, because you need to have a wide coverage in you're moveset. Putting T-Wave isn't going to help with the coverage so you need to change your item or change your moveset. If you want to keep T-Wave, go for this:

Stoutland (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Scrappy
EVs: 252 HP / 228 Atk / 28 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Thunder Wave
- Wild Charge
- Return
Leftovers increases Stoutlands's life span and the evs provided give you a bit more bulk.

Stoutland (M) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Scrappy
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Pursuit (traps switching opponent)
- Wild Charge
- Return

Ferrothorn
Looks good as it pretty much a standard Ferrothorn set but change the nature to brave to increase damage on Gyro ball because it lowers speed and raises attack.

Druddigon
Looks good

Jellicent
Interesting moveset, Water Spout on Jellicent. I'm not sure on how effective it is but it looks good. Test it, and if it doesn't work, revert to this moveset if you want:

Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Scald / Surf
- Toxic / Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Recover
If you choose Scald, choose toxic because Will-O-Wisp is redundant. Surf provides extra power and W-O-W can substitute the burn effect from Scald. Taunt and Recover are obvious.

Reuniclus
Looks great.

A lot better than last, good job on it.

Don't you think adding Life Orb is a bit contradictory? Sure, you're causing more damage but it also gets recoil, plus Life Orb Recoil to add on. I would suggest the Item that boosts Super Effective Moves instead, so it can live longer.
Well, I figured that Emboar will only live for about two turns given the massive recoil damage from Reckless so I gave it LO. Assuming it lives the first turn and hits the next move, any pokemon will take massive damage. Priority or faster pokemon can revenge kill Emboar easily. LO is there to add further damage and allows switching moves if the opponent switches into a ghost type on a hammer arm to set up or something along the lines.
