Protect is a bit off here, go for Stealth Rock. Quick Claw is kinda off here too, consider a Chople Berry or Leftovers.

Flygon

Rock Gem is kinda pointless here. And Flygon is more of an full out attacker, not a defender. Here's what I recommend: Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Fire Punch and U-Turn with a Choice Band.

Aerodactlyl

Your team will get screwed with Ice Types. Aero is pretty fast, so: Taunt, Rock Slide, Earthquake, and Fire Fang should do well. Give it Focus Sash.

Garchomp

May I suggest a ScarfChomp here? Give it Choice Scarf, and the SWEEP! Use Earthquake, Dragon Claw/Outrage, Stone Edge, and Brick Break/Fire Fang.

Hydreigon

You have a lack of Special attackers, so I'm making this one Special. Give it Choice Specs with Draco Meteor, Dark Pulse Pulse, Surf, and Fire Blast.

Seismitoed

Also make this special. Lefties is fine. Give it Surf/Hydro Pump, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, and Hidden Power [Ice].
