Murkrow: I love Murky personally, but why use him as a wall? Defenses barely over 200. (really, barely. Thy're 201 max, with IVs in full, and Nature boosting, and full EVs.) I would recommend the Evo-Ferro. Give him Sassy, with Gyro Ball, Explosion, Stealth Rock, and Curse/Thunder Wave.

Tangela: One question. Why Protect? YOu'll stall out THEIR sleep and although you do have Leech Seed, I think Pain Split will be more effective, seeing as they'll be sleeping anyway.

Porygon2: Love it.

Wartortle: I'm questioning why you're using him without rain, but since I respect DT, Inverted, toojosh4u, and will, (and you) I'll keep him. Anyway, without Rain he needs Torrent, especially with no HP Evs and all that stuff. Replace Toxic, as burn and poison don't stack.Use Double-Team. It'll annoy the opponent even further ;)

Dusclops: Take some EVs from the defenses, maybe about 50 from Defense and 70 from Sp. Defense and put them in HP. This will make Pain Split much more effective. More pain!

Combusken: I assume you needed an attacker? Anyway, replace Flare Blitz with Fire PUnch for no recoil.

Pain split does more damage when you have lower HP, and you can not have Fire punch on Combusken if you have speed boost.

And to stack, double team is on Tangela to stall out leech seed, not sleep. Since he wouldn't be using it when his opponent is asleep ( That's Giga Drain time ) but when his opponent was awake to get HP back.
