Charizard
Quite honestly your EV spread is terrible and you are wasting Sunny-day. You can not make Charizard a bulky Pokemon you just can't, common weaknesses including a 4x Stealth-rock weakness is not going to work. Use 252 S.Attack, 252 Speed, and 4 Hp. As for your set you should either use Solar-beam instead of Air-slash or Dragon-pulse to make full use of the Sun or you can drop Sunny-day and Solar-power entirely and use Hidden-power(Ice/Ground) for some extra-coverage.
Snorlax
There is absolutely no point in making Snorlax Jolly, he is meant to be slow. Give him Adamant or Sassy. Then give him Curse, Earthquake, Body-slam/Return, and Crunch/Zen-headbutt. If you use the Curse set take some EVs from Defense and put them in HP and Attack.
Riachu
Again not a bulky Pokemon put 252 EVs in S.Attack and Speed each and the remaining 6 in HP(though only four will really matter). Give him the set Thunderbolt/Volt-switch, Focus-blast, Hidden-power(Ice), and Thunder-wave.
Lapras
Give him Water absorb, replace Surf with Scald and Psychic with T-bolt, and take some EVs from Defense and put them in Hp and/or S.Defense, also you forgot to put in the last 4 EVs.
Dragonite
Give him Mult-scale if you can. Also replace the pretty much useless Wing attack with Dragon-dance. Give him the last 4 EVs in HP. Give him a Jolly or Adamant Nature. You could replace Ice-punch for Roost if you can get Multi-scale but that is optional.
Machamp
Dynamic-punch. All No-guard Machamps should have it. Replace Cross-chop with Dynamic-punch and replace Super-power with either Bulk-up or Bullet-punch. Item should be Leftovers or Muscle band. You should give him an Adamant nature and 252 Evs in Attack and 160 in S.Defense and 98 in HP. Though if you give him Bullet-punch you can go Jolly and give him Choice-scarf with 252 EVs in Speed.
