Abomasnow
I dont like a blizzard or leech seed set mainly because it hasnt got great def even with that ev spred which to add to i dont think it adds up right.
Attract is one of my favorite moves but isnt working here.
Lets face it abomasnow isnt the best pokemon in the world with 8 weaknesses it wont be in long so a swords dance set or a scarf set is probably the best.
I use and have found this set very sucsessfull.

1 swords dance gives him over 600 atk which is not bad.
They will try to counter him with pokemon like heatran but if you can predict a switch earthquake does good damage even without +2 boost.
Wood hammer will does tons of damage and will kill politoad but if you prefer no recoil seed bomb is also good.
You could use ice shard instead of ice punch but personally i prefer ice shard to revenge kill and make up for low speed.
I personally use brave because that allows you to win the weather war but also you can still out run the other slow pokemon in ou such as bronzong.
Frosslass
Ive found frosslass very usefull on this team and there are no changes to be made.
Claydol
I personally dont like claydol and i know this was unlucky but ive needed no use for him so far as only one sr was set up in 5 matches but i guess thats just luck.
Ice beam hasnt been doing much for him and in general it hasnt served any good perpose appart from a spinner so i suggest.
Starmie has great speed and offence and is a good special sweeper.

Ive used this set many times before and it is great, Works well in hail as well as sun and rain, maybe even sand but that gives it the ability to adapt to each weather.
Scald is around 2hit ko on scizor and gensect which makes it a good revenge killer when they are on low hp.
But obviously if you dont like it use claydol, but i have had lots of sucsess in hail with it.
Regice
Forget stallrein here comes regice, my favorite staller regice.
But your not using its full potential with that set.
Sure the def boost is nice but it already has over 300def and hp so its not needed as much plus i dont like the speed loss.
You may as well make use of hail and abuse blizzard rather than ice beam.
substitute and toxic did work quite well but i didnt find it worked as well with curse and blizzard plus i got screwed over twice by taunt.
Regice is also stalled to death with toxic.
Try this set, i use it and it works wonders.

This set has worked wonders for me, toxic is optional over thunder wave but i prefer t wave because this guy stalls as well as has great offence with the foe paralized it out runs the foe and comes back with blizzard or unexpected bolt beam combo which kills unexpected politoad.
T wave also lets your team out run there sweepers that wreck havoc.
Electrivire
I didnt like him on the team to much salamance is a very good option but i will put more replacments below.
All i would do is run vital spirit to prevent a breloom spore as your team has no weakness to electric moves.
Also cross chop over brick break but as for everything else, well its great.
Everything is fine here but you could always run fire fang which makes a good revnge killer and then gets moxie boost but flamethrower(more reliable) or fire blast is a good option.
I personally would use flamethrower to stop accuracy hax.
Also im not to sure about dragon claw seen as outrage is there and your using scarf, if you wasnt using scarf its a good option.
Weavile
Everything is fine here but i dont like focus sash because entery hazards waste it even with a rapid spinner on the team.
So with its high atk and great speed its worth using life orb seen as the extra atk may meen you wont need to take the hit, do be causious round infernape breloom and concelduur though who always seem to cary mach punch or lucarios vacume wave.
OK im still having problems with the many ice pokemon you need more counters such as for heatran, plus two that i highly recomend you switch for someone like frosslass.
My favorite hail team sweeper.

Why none expects a heat wave from zapdos i dont know but it is your counter to most of your teams weaknesses.
Heat wave sweeps allot of pokemon such as forretress, ferrothorn, scizor, breloom and other pokemon.
Bolt beam combo again just hidden power ice will ohko salamnce and is a 2hit ko on multiscale dragonite doing up to 252hp on the first move and up to 504 on the second.
I prefer zapdos because its immune to spikes and has an unexpected factor.
But Infernape hits even harder and close combat and mach punch wrecks many pokemon but just like zapdos it will die quik with life orb and hail damage.
Plus is a good heatran counter.

the 3 punch moves get a boost from iron fist as well as two get stab.
This guy also takes barely any sr damage.
Ok not so scarey and not so used in teams but is beast in hail.
He is a usefull switch in to pokemon with thick fat and high hp, it takes around 20% hp from heatran.
I personally love this guy and its close combat kills as well a access to knock off ruining pokemon like blissey, chansey, porygon 2 and other various walls or sweepers.
ive forgotten the set i use but it was something around this.

I love this set, fire punch is a supprise to ferrothorn and and gensect.
Bullet punch is revenge and is actually rather effective on him.
Close combat hits very hard and knock off has been explained.
Once again as i said these should replace frosslass as frosslass doesnt do as much as weavile for the team.
