Hehe
Froslass
The set looks pretty good.
However, Cursed Body is unreleased so you should either tell your opponent you're using unreleased DW, or change to Snow Cloak.
If you change to Snow Cloak, Pain Split becomes legal which can be used on a more bulky set.
Froslass @ Leftovers
Trait: Snow Cloak
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Ice Beam
- Destiny Bond

Golurk
The speed boost from Jolly is nice, but Golurk can't really afford to run it becaues it needs more power to sweep, and that's what the Rock Polish set is for.
Also No Guard is unreleased, so the same deal here as Froslass. I personally cannot wait for it to be released that's gonna be awesome.
This is my reccomended set:
Golurk @ Life Orb
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Rock Polish
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Shadow Punch/Substitute
Rock Polish to boost speed of course, Eearhquake is STAB and has really good coverage with Stone Edge, so Substitute can be used over Shadow Punch for protection on status and attacks.
However, Shadow Punch always KOes Latios and has a 87% change of OHKOing 252 HP Latias without Stealth Rock.
Mismagius
The idea doesn't look too bad, but if you want to use a tank with Pain Split different EVs should be used.
Something around 160 HP / 96 SpA / 252 Spe should work nicely, Mismagius really appreciates EVs invested in HP for bulk since it already has good Special defense.
You can adjust the EVs from the aformentioned spread, but I reccomend starting out with that spread.
Shadow Ball Thunderbolt/Hidden Power Fighting Pain Split and Calm Mind seems pretty good, but you can add Will-O-Wisp in there instead of Calm Mind if you want.
A SubCM set and Nasty Plot sets are also viable, which can be found here.
Dusknoir
Dusknoir's HP is 45 base, while the defenses are 135.
It's actually a fact it will be bulkier if you invest in HP, so you should max HP out to 252.
As for the set, I might know what you're looking for.
Dusknoir @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Shadow Sneak
- Ice Punch / ThunderPunch / Will-O-Wisp
This is Smogon's SubPunch set for OU.
Ice Punch hits Gliscor nicely for good damage, ThunderPunch gives Dusknoir a change to plough through Gyarados and Will-O-Wisp allows Dusknoir to burn something and this gives its Subsitute a better chance at not breaking.
Gengar
I think you might want to use a choice set for Gengar.
Gengar @ Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Trick/Hidden Power Fire
Focus Blast should be used over HP Fighting because HP Fighting isn't strong enough.
Thunderbolt hits Skarmory and Gyarados + Water types.
Sludge Bomb is STAB with a nice poisoning chance, but poisoning the foe isn't Gengar's goal, it's to KO the opponent.
Trick ruin walls like Blissey and Chansey.
If you're not using Trick, Modest should be used.
If you're using Trick which I recommend, go for Timid so Gengar has speed after it's tricked its Item as well.
Choice Scarf allows for nice revenging, while Specs is for wallbreaking.
You might wanna use Choice Scarf since your team doesn't have a scarfer.
Sableye
Sableye shouldn't give up on using Taunt, to prevent opponents from setting up and prevent status on itself.
Max HP is also important since it's about the same as the defenses, and even a bitt lower.
Sableye @ Leftovers
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD
Careful Nature (+SpD, -SpA)
- Recover
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Foul Play
