A few notes:

• You might consider changing up a few teammates. You've got a huge ice weakness to worry about, and since many of them come with water subtyping, that can lead to issues. I could see a Swampert or Gastrodon giving this team a lot of trouble, and Torterra might not be enough, especially if he depends on setting up to get the hit on a lot of pokemon. I would suggest at least trying out a Gastrodon yourself. I use one on my team, so there's a personal bias, but between his great bulk and storm drain to shut out sand and rain, he doesn't disappoint.
• I would suggest Changing Magnezone's ability to Magnet Pull, that way you can get some cheap hits in on steel types like Jirachi or Ferrothorn. He can take a thunder wave without much trouble.
• I'd suggest trying out a couple of entry hazards on stuff. You might even have a golurk to spinblock pokemon, while also getting in some nice type coverage. It would help your Tyranitar and your Magnezone as well with their fighting weakness.
• You might consider a different move besides flash cannon on Magnezone. You can cover rock types easily with the rest of the team, and he covers steel with his hidden power already. A support move like Reflect or Light screen, Magic Coat, or even thunder Wave would be really handy for him. You might also consider leftovers, using a levitating or flying type pokemon to soak in the ground moves. I say that because if you need him to soak up attacks for other teammates, you'll lose the balloon anyway, so it hurts your team's synergy a bit.
• I would be a bit wary on how many stat boosters your team has. You can already hit pretty hard, but I would go for a bit more support or coverage rather than raw power. That's just me though, take this as you will.
• Sand rush instead of Sand Veil on Sandslash. He'll love it. Trust me. Also, consider switching your HP Evs to Defense, and put the SDef. in HP.
• Some pokemon to consider on your team: Nidoking, Alakazam, Claydol, Cradily, Armaldo, Regirock, Gastrodon, Bronzong, Heatran, Rotom H, Archeops, Reuniclus, Mandibuzz, Roserade, Terrakion, and countless others. Remember: just because it takes damage in the sand doesn't mean you should rule it out as a candidate for your team.

I know this answer isn't the most recent but it actually helped me.These suggestions you gave me are great thanks DT.I am still a noob in Sand Teams though but I just created one 5x better then this one,it still needs some work though.
