Salamence
I like your use of the Haban Berry here. I would change the nature to Lonely or Adamant. The EVs I reccomend are: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd. Stone edge has bad accuracy and if you miss you're screwed so I would change that for brick break. Change fire blast to dragon dance just in case. Take dragon rush off and change that to dragon claw, this is like surf and hydro pump situation, dragon rush could be risky. I would keep earthquake for coverage.

Shedinja
Change your item to focus sash because if you get hit and you have bright powder your Shedinja is gone. Keep the adamant nature since it will help with the moveset and EVs I will give you. I recommend the following EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd. A good moveset would be shadow sneak for priorty. X-scissor for STAB. Will-o-wisp to half their attack and to have continual damage being done to them. Swords dance so you can sweep or do a lot of damage with him.

Magneton
Replace tri attack with substitute your defense will help keep the sub up. I would use these EVs: 128 Def / 252 SAtk / 128 SDef. Overall it's pretty good.

Omastar
I would keep the nature as it is at the moment. Change the ability from shell armor to swift swim, I will explain why. I would use these EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd. For a moveset keep ice beam since it covers grass types. This is where swift swim and the EVs come into play. Change hydro pump to surf better accuracy and in the rain with the EVs it can do almost as much. I forgot to add that you should take off spike for rain dance so you can activate swift swim. You can use any other attack as long as it is special attack.

Tyranitar
I don't like your Tyranitar, no offence. Change his item to focus sash in case you get hit with a strong fighting move. Use jolly nature in order to raise your speed. Give your Tyranitar these EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP. Dragon dance for the boosts. Aerial ace, do I even have to explain why? Crunch for STAB. Stone edge also for STAB.

Cinccino
Give it life orb over leftovers. Make it's nature jolly so it's attack is raised.
Use these EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd to benefit from it's nature and such. Use the ability technichian for the attacks it will use. I suggest rock blast, bullet seed, tail slap, and sing. Once they're asleep you can just spam it's other moves.

I notice that your team is VERY weak to fighting moves and grass moves. I couldn't find ways to counter some but you're going to have to rely on them using a fighting move and switch into your shedinja. Well hope I helped!
