The first thing i see is that you have only one sp.attacker, and it's a staller, if someone sent in a physical tank, you probably wouldn't have fun to say the least. I would definitely get at least on more sp.attacker, chandelure maybe.

Rapidash looks kind of suicidal to me, definitly go with attract or something else inatead of sunny day, as sunny day won't benefit your other team members much. Rapidash gets a 7-8.

Dragonite looks beautiful, but I would replace fire punch with brick breack, as brick break covers ice AND rock types, allowing him to cover all of his weaknesses. Dragonite gets an 8-9.

Zapdos and gliscor look great, I don't really have much to say about them. Zapdos and Gliscor both get an 8-9.

IMO U-turn is worthless on ninjask, because when you switch with U-turn it doesn't transfer your stat changes, If someone uses taunt on ninjask, you won't really have any other options but to use U-turn, therefore ousting your boosts. I would go with X-scissor instead. Ninjask gets a 7.

Heracross looks OK. his held item should be determined by what you want him to do. I would go with a wide lens as his item, making megahorn and stone edge a bit more reliable. If you dont want a wide lens or dont have one I would go with the Focus sash, but that's me. Heracross gets an 8.

Your team looks pretty decent, and remember, if you don't like my advice, feel free to ignore it.

Ninjask is perfect, i didn't even MEAN to put him up there. WHO CARES about stat boost. Ninjask would get his upped attack for U-turn, And he is already the fastest that is non uber pokemon. Also, Ninjask would be dead if there was a fire type so U-turn allows him to get out if trouble. IMO :P
and what would you replace for chandlure btw?
other than Ninjask and Rapidash (since the bold says i chose attract and you said for me to have attract) you did great.
heracross should be replaced by chandelure IMO.
