FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WHAT WRONG WITH A SPECIAL FLOATZEL I KNOW HE HAS A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER ATTACK BUT I CAN ABUSE BLIZZARD AND FOCUS BLAST WITH THIS SET AND ITS UNEXEPETED. And yeah cleans up tyranitars sand stream with rain dance

Charizard (M) @ Expert Belt

Charizard (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Air Slash
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Make your Fire Power deal with the Lead's, Not your Electric Power. Also, consider he has a 4x weakness to Rock, making Stealth Rock Deadly.

Raichu (F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Static
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Electro Ball
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Agility

HP Ice gives better Coverage than Signal Beam here.

Floatzel (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Ice Punch
- Waterfall
- Brick Break
- Crunch

You're packing alot of Special Pokemon, Make him physical ( He does better that way anyhow. ) To help even things out.

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 96 HP / 252 Atk / 160 Def
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Stone Edge
- Payback
- Avalanche
- Earthquake

Interesting, Although I took out The Special Defense Ev's, Keep in mind he gets a Sp Def boost in the Sand.

Serperior (M) @ Miracle Seed
Trait: Contrary
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Taunt
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Giga Drain

HP Rock and Taunt over Leech Seed and Mirror Coat.

Lucario (M) @ Muscle Band
Trait: Steadfast
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Drain Punch
- Swords Dance
- ExtremeSpeed
- Crunch

Making him physical gives you a 3 Physical 3 Special Line.

Raichu-Seems fine. Consider a hidden power to cover a bit more. If you're gonna use this for a specific tier on PO besides Mixed, then I would consider a different pokemon if you aren't going NU.

Floatzel-I would Highly suggest using a standard physical set in this case. Though a special set is unexpected, that doesn't make it a good idea. Floatzel has paper thin defenses; he won't have time to set up a rain dance. Focus blast and Blizzard are also unreliable, even with the wide lens. According to a few of my stat calcs, his physical moves will be stronger using weaker moves than the higher base power with his lower special attack. Tyranitar will rip him in half before he can set up that weather. Also, you should fix up his EVs; every bit counts. You can still fit in 4 evs, rather than the 255.

Calm mind sudowoodo. Is it creative and unexpected? Yes. Is it practical? Not so much.

Charizard-His set is fine, but if this is for PO, and not for mixed tiers, then you should probably pick something besides him, as stealth rock is very common. If you still want to use him, then having something with rapid spin would be a great idea. As with Floatzel, he's missing a couple of EVs. A different item would also do him a bit of good, as his current one is fairly situational.

Serperior-I'd suggest giving him some kind of hidden power. Ground is a good one to break through heatran; rock can be used to cover 4 of his weaknesses; fire can be used to break through steel pokemon that can wall him out, as well as other grass types. Rather than a miracle seed, you could use leftovers to give him even more health. If you're gonna go with mirror coat, then I would suggest using reflect, so your opponent is more inclined to use special moves.

Tyranitar-This one is fine. A life orb might be a bit stronger, but he's tanking enough as is, so This one will be fine.

Lucario-You have plenty of special sweepers as is. I'd suggest going a bit more physical if you're gonna keep Lucario here. Life orb would be a nice choice on him if you're gonna go for sweeping.

Only problem on Hp Ice that it lowers his sp.atk IVs
They lower his stats by about one or two. It's not very significant a change, and things like a different item or nature more than make up for it- not to mention the fact that ice is a crucial coverage move.
Crap, lol you beat me to it
Oh Yeah Dt, and I think he meant His Tyranitar's Sandstream, not another Tyranitar's sandstream.
Either way, using rain dance on floatzel is a death sentence.

For that matter, sand stream seems out of place since Lucario is the only other one who benefits from it, and not even that much.
Indeed.
