Bouffalant isn't even allowed in this team, sadly. But, the best replacement Possible would be , of course, you guessed it, Tauros.

I wouldn't really use him as a lead because you can't set up rocks with this set. Return is STAB and at max happiness it is 153 base power plus the nature, Evs, and Choice Band can HURT. Earthquake can deal with rock and steel types that aren't affected by Return, you'll have to switch, however. Stone Edge is for flying types like Skarmory or Archeops. Zen Headbutt covers fighting types. You will be able to out speed them due to the EVs unless they use Mach Punch. Wild Charge is just a surprise move and coverage for water types like Dewott and such.
Well since Hercross is UU no NU I guess the best you'll have to do is Pinsir. He's just as good, and if you know how to use him, better.This set works beautifully because of Pinsir's attack.

Your Dewott is pretty decent. I would change 76 HP and add those EVs to Special Attack.
Absol looks cool but why would you do this to your team? Absol isn't good. It's at the bottom on Never Used. If you want to keep the dark type I'll find one. I'll also find a good replacement with high attack.
Kadabra could be a replacement it has high speed and high special attack instead of attack.

Psychic would hurt a lot with STAB and the EVs given. The four moves can be switched however you'd like. Energy ball would be coverage. The Eviolite would help him take physical hits a lot better than before. With Substitute and Calm Mind he could wall Special Sweepers. The Defense and Special Defense EVs work well with the Eviolite like it did with your Dewott.
If you truly want to keep Absol and want him to actually be able to hit instead of being OHKO'ed then give him a Choice Scarf to increase his speed a bit. Or you could replace one of the other team members and give Kadabra Trick Room to make him hit fast and first.
Don't get me wrong, Torkoal is cool and everything, but he is outclassed by Rapidash who is surprisingly in NU.

The ability is if Emboar or Monferno get funny and start hitting you with powerful Fire attacks. Most Rock types are heavy so Low Kick can potentially do a lot of damage.
Wild Charge is for those offensive water types. Morning Sun is in case you destroy so badly with Flare Blitz and you need HP.
I would use Cradily as your lead to set up Stealth Rock. She will also be essential in your team as they are all fast and you know what that means, don't you?

Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)

- Stealth Rock
- Ancient Power
- Ingrain / Stockpile
This Cradily is basically for people who want to Trick Room your team. Most of your team is fast, this will be the slowest member of your team. Stealth Rock will be for those pesky flying types. Ancient Power might raise your stats and deals with Fire and Bug types. Ingrain is to keep you alive. Stockpile is to keep you alive aswell. The EVs are for your special attack and to keep you alive. Survival is key.
