Golurk @ Choice Band

Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 168 HP / 252 Atk / 88 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Drain Punch
Whooooooooh! NU in OU ftw. Of course, I'm not some Pokemon hipster. Golurk is just a great Pokemon. solid HP, 381 Attack, Iron Fist, three immunities. Yeah, I like Golurk a lot. B&W2 gave it some sweet new punch moves. The ones I focus on are Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and Drain Punch. Drain Punch gets some nice healing going on there. Ice Punch takes down Landorus and Gliscor, two Pokemon who would have otherwise completely walled Golurk and possibly have used it to set up a Swords Dance. Fire Punch gets a good hit on the Bug/Steel types and Ferrothorn, while also being boosted by Iron Fist. And then just STAB Earthquake, which hits anything pretty hard. It hits most Pokemon I would stay in on (as Josh so kindly pointed out) harder than Shadow Punch will, at least in the OU tier. EVs give it max Attack while allowing it a nice HP stat and enough speed to outrun the standard Scizor set. Is immune to Elecrtic type attacks hitting Starmie and resists the Bug attacks against it.resists Rock attacks against Volcarona, is immune to Fighting type attacks against Blissey, and resists the Bug attacks and the odd Poison attack against Shaymin.
Starmie @ Choice Specs

Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Trick
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
Specs Starmie. Usually I run Life Orb or Expert Belt because I run Rapid Spin. But with my rules I don't have to worry so much about entry hazards. So instead, I wanted to fix Starmie's average offense with a Specs. And what do you know, it also gets Trick, a move I pretty much always run when I can with a Choice item. This can screw over some Ferrothorns. Hydro Pump backed by STAB and Specs hits very hard. And I also run the classic BoltBeam combo.
Scizor (F) @ Life Orb

Trait: Technician
EVs: 80 HP / 244 Atk / 184 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
I really like this Scizor. See that Speed stat and that Jolly Nature? Yeah, well that is enough to outspeed the standard Magnezone. So that means I can U-Turn out before Hidden Power Fire gets to me. Plus, having a fast Scizor is so much fun. :3 Swords Dance is a must on this set, as I only have 357 Attack with what I run. I could have had 359, but I decided having 301 HP might end up being more useful. Hey, Life Orb and Technician help out, so what difference do 8 EVs make? Pursuit is for the Ghosties and Psychics. And Bullet Punch is just awesome STAB+Technician Priority.
Volcarona (M) @ Leftovers

EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Roost
Volcarona! And without fear of Stealth Rock. This one is a bulky one. It has great HP, takes physical hits decently, especially if Flame Body activates, and if I get Quiver Dance up can easily survive Special hits. And becomes a sweeper when I get those Quiver Dances up. Dual STAB with Fiery Dance (which can also raise my Special Attack) and Bug Buzz. Roost heals off damage.
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 248 SDef / 8 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Wish
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss
- Heal Bell
Special Wall and my standard Blissey set. I know the standard is max defense but I've always considered that a lost cause that just ends up making Blissey not take Special hits as well as it could. With this EV spread, I'm untouchable on the Special side. I know I risk a Psyshock hit, but I don't expect to stay in on Psychic types. And the 8 EVs in Speed? They're there to outspeed other Blissey who might be running 4 Speed EVs to outrun Blissey who aren't running any Speed EVs. Think that is complicated? Check out my Giratina and Dialga! Now for that movepool. Wish is for healing my team of course. Thunder Wave is to slow down some foes. Golurk loves that a lot. And it helps since I don't have any Scarfers. Seismic Toss is damage. And Heal Bell is one I was thinking about. But then I decided that Burn on Golurk and Scizor, as well as paralysis on Volcarona, was just too dangerous to not run Heal Bell with.
Shaymin @ Life Orb

Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Seed Flare
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Earth Power
- Rest
Why is this guy on my team and not some OU Grass type like Celebi or maybe a Serperior? Well, Celebi sucks, Serperior is pretty easy to counter. Shaymin though, you just can't counter that Seed Flare. Switch in on it and you still take a decent amount of damage. Those guys that x4 resist it? You probably just had your Special Defense lowered and now you get that x4 HP Fire. Earth Power is coverage. Rest is nice healing along with Natural Cure. Serperior does get Dragon Pulse now though, so with Hidden Power Fire, that gets perfect neutral coverage. However, Heatran still causes it grief (the only Pokemon that can cause it grief really) and because Heatran is always a popular guy, I'll be testing Serperior to see if it can replace Shaymin.
