Mienfoo (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 236 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fake Out
- U-turn
- Hi Jump Kick
- Knock Off

My lead. I've faced this guy enough times to respect and fear it. So that should be the same for my opponent. Lead off with a Fake Out, dealing damage right off the bat and allowing me to take down foes much easier, especially had they had a Sash or Sturdy. Hi Jump Kick is STAB. Thanks to Regenerator, I can just switch out to recover damage taken from attacks, Hi Jump Kick, or Life Orb. U-Turn switches me out while doing damage. Knock Off gets rid of any Eviolites my opponent has on. Or any other item. Mainly Eviolite though.

Magnemite @ Eviolite
Trait: Analytic
EVs: 236 HP / 36 Def / 236 SAtk
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Signal Beam
- Hidden Power [Ice]

A Pokemon that gets some very nice resistances. If I remember correctly, Electric/Steel gets the most resistances. With solid bulk given by decent defensive stats and eviolite, it can take anything that it resists and hit back hard. And it does hit back very hard, having one of the best Special Attack stat in Little Cup. It reaches 20. Combine that with Analytic and Magnemite is going to be hitting hard while being hard to hit. Flash Cannon and Thunderbolt are STAB. Signal Beam and HP Ice are coverage. I didn't really want to run any of the status moves it had. Substitute was meh and I never like using Magnet Rise. While I wanted to use Hidden Power Fire, Ice lets me keep a 20 Special Attack. Fire gives me 19 Special Attack. And while 19 might be one of my favorite numbers, in this case I'll take better offense over type coverage I kind of want. Besides, not as if I have to deal with the banned Ferroseed. So resistances... Takes Psychic, Ghosts, and Fying types who go against Mienfoo (I realize Ghost is not super-effective against Fighting, but most Gastly/Misdreavus don't run Psychic and will hit with Shadow Ball). And everything Slowpoke is weak to, Magnemite resists. And everything the foe launches at me in terms of going for a neutral hit against my Pokemon Magnemite is likely to resist.

Munchlax (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 236 HP / 36 Def / 236 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Frustration
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

Doesn't do much to support my team really, but damn is it a good Pokemon. 33 HP and 11 Def+19 SDef boosted by Eviolite. 19 Special Defense combined with Thick Fat means this guy can take pretty much any special hit thrown at it. And as soon as I get a Curse up the same will be said for any physical hit. Curse also boosts that 15 Attack. And I can hit hard with STAB Frustraion. Earthquake makes up the bulk of my coverage. Fire Punch is there for a SE hit against Bronzor. Thick Fat allows Munchlax to help protect my Magnemite and Bronzor from Fire type attacks.

Stunky (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Aftermath
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 28 SAtk / 28 SDef / 164 Spd
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Acid Spray
- Fire Blast
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit

Where Mienfoo goes, Gastly and Misdreavus are sure to follow. Mienfoo draws them like moths to a flame. So to take them down, I send out the premier Ghost killer: Stunky. It resists Ghost (and is immune to Psychic, for those people foolish enough to send in a Psychic type on Mienfoo. Foolish because of U-Turn.) Then, it takes them down with ease. Sucker Punch and Pursuit make short work of Gastly and Misdreavus. Of course, there is the matter of the rest of my moves. I thought Skuntank's movepool was bad, this guy doesn't even get Poison Jab! Acid Spray is my next option and it works well enough. It lowers the Special Defense of the foe by two stages. So yeah, this can end up doing some damage (it also gets STAB). I also have Fire Blast, which has the added bonus of getting a super-effective hit on Bronzor. So a mixed sweeper Stunky. Stunky also does well in supporting Slowpoke, resisting Grass, Ghost, and Dark.

Bronzor @ Eviolite
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 220 HP / 148 Def / 84 SAtk / 12 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Flash Cannon

Lack of Stealth Rock forces this guy to run a Calm Mind set. Oh well. 25 HP, 18 Def, and 15 Def (both before eviolite) with an excellent typing means this guy is taking a lot of hits before finally going down. Calm Mind lets it take even more hits if they are Special. I'll mainly rely on Toxic for doing damage, as it only has 10 Special Attack. Even with a Calm Mind boost this isn't a lot. But with Calm Mind I can still do some damage with Psychic and Flash Cannon STAB. It also gets some nice resists. It can easily take any Psychic attacks aimed at Mienfoo if they survive U-Turn and if Stunky is down for the count. It also takes Flying attacks aimed at Mienfoo. It also resists Grass attacks aimed at Slowpoke. Levitate is great for this team. It can switch in to take Ground attacks aimed at Stunky and Magnemite.

Slowpoke (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 196 HP / 240 Atk / 36 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Aqua Tail
- Zen Headbutt
- Thunder Wave

Yes, glad to have Aqua Tail back! Aqua Tail and Zen Headbutt STAB. Earthquake coverage. For some reason my PO won't let me give it Ice Punch, so that is why Earthquake is in use. While it might not be the hardest hitting, it has a solid 17 Attack. And it has plenty of bulk. 28 HP, 13 Def, 11 SDef isn't bad, especially when you include Eviolite into the mix. I use Thunder Wave to screw over some sweepers and let my Slowpoke go first for once. I don't use Curse since I am going to be switching in and out a lot (love Regenerator.) Slowpoke gets some pretty helpful resists. Psychic against Mienfoo if it comes to it (it likely won't.) Fighting and Fire against Magnemite. Fighting against Munchlax. And Fire against Bronzor.

Well, like your Mienfoo, Knock Off destroys your team.. Though it isn't common in LC.
Eh, Knock Off devestates every team in Little Cup. So I'm as worried about it as I am for all my LC teams, who hold up just fine.
