None of my pokemon have EV training because i don't know how to.

I'm concerned about Rotom, Zoaroark, and Volcarona.

Rotom has two attacking Electric Moves so maybe Will-o-wisp for burn or Thunder Wave for slowing the foe for faster sweeping.

Zoroark already has three Special Moves so change Focus Blast to Aerial Ace for more coverage.

Volcarona has Hurricane which has low Accuracy unless Rain Dance is used, so change Hurricane to Will-o-wisp to burn the foe and drop the opponent's Attack by 50% since it has horrible Defense.That's all I would change.
