Again, your EVs and held items leave much room for improvement, but the team has no glaring weaknesses, except for a few zany move sets. so here we go

Hitmonchan - Your EVs and held item are mediocre, and your set isn't terrible, but in this case it just won't work very well. Try this set:

Hitmonchan - Lead/Spinner - Leftovers
EVs: 40 HP, 252 Atk, 216 Spd
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Iron Fist
Moves:
Rapid Spin (Spins away the hazards set up by opposing leads)
Drain Punch (STAB, IF (iron fist) boost, HP regain)
Foresight (Allows him to use rapid spin even in the presence of a ghost type)
Ice Punch (Coverage)

Ursaring - He looks much better than hitmonchan, except for the EV spread, you dont even have any special attacks on him and yet you have secial attack EVs on him. that's a pokemon no-no. I would suggest this set:

Ursaring - Physical Sweeper - Toxic Orb
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Guts
Moves:
Facade (STAB, guts boost, boost from poisoning, deals 280 base power with all that factored in)
Shadow Claw (Coverage)
Hammer Arm (Coverage)
Roar (Switches the opponent for when they are walling you)

Golduck - The ice gem is kind of pointless as it's a one time deal on a move that's not even STAB, and i'm still not sure what you are doing with the EVs, but here is my two cents on golduck:

Golduck - Special Sweeper - Life orb
EVs: 252 Spa, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
Moves:
Calm mind (Stat boosts for sweeping)
Hydro pump (STAB)
Ice Beam (Coverage)
Psyshock (Turns special walls/tanks into targets)

Alakazam - No offense but this alakazam set is garbage, alakazam is too frail for what you are doing, and it will fail if you try it. his set would work much better:

Alakazam - Special artillery cannon (sweeper) - Life orb
EVs: 252 Spa, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Nature: Modest
Moves:
Substitute (Lets him destroy teams under the protection of a sub)
Shadow ball (Coverage)
Psychic (STAB)
Focus Blast (Coverage)

Vileplume - You are using this gut as offense, when in reality he is more suited to a support set such as this one:

Vileplume - Support - Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP, 208 Spd, 48 Spa
Nature: Bold
Ability: Effect Spore
Moves:
Aromatherapy (Supports team mates)
Giga drain (STAB, HP regain)
Moonlight (HP regain)
Sleep powder (No explanation needed)

Crobat - I say this with nothing but good intentions, but if I was your crobat and you gave me that set, I would probably stab you in your sleep, you have the same problem here as with alakazam, he just doesn't have the stats to pull off that set. try this one instead:

Crobat - Wall breaker - Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP, 80 Atk, 176 Spd
Nature: Jolly
Moves:
Taunt (usually stops walls from using 3/4s of their moveset)
Brave Bird (STAB, hits hard even after STAB is lost from roost)
Roost (HP regain)
Toxic (Gives opposing walls a timed lifespan, outlast them with roost, and they are screwed)
