I start of with Hypnosis and that would likely hit and it also has greater acc. thanks to wide lens tho it doesn't really change much and i was thinking of life orb. After hypnosis i set up one or two nasty plots then i start sweeping with energy ball or fire blast. If someone that resists both of those moves id just use hypnosis again and keep using Fire blast until the opponent dies unless they have lots of SpD.

Pikachu gets some pretty good Attacking stats with Light Ball but i was considering Eviolite because Pikachu has horrible defense. Anyways, we start out with Fake Out then i would use Toxic/T-Wave depending on the opponent. Extreme Speed for revenge killing and ThunderPunch for stab. Its good to have a pokemon on my team that can absorb electric attacks :D

~ Focus Blast
So serene grace is helpful here, because everytime i use charge beam my SpA raises by one stage. It also increases the added effects of Shadow Ball, Focus Blast and Psychic. Focus Blast and Shadow Ball is coverage while Psychic is stab.

Outrage is powerful stab while dragon claw is reliable stab. Brick Break is coverage and earthquake takes advantage if levitate with mold breaker. Dis guy hits rlly hard with chouce band and 252 Atk EVs.

~ Surf
WAter Absorb Absorbs Ninetales' weakness, water. It can also take out its other weaknesses, ground and rock tho energy ball already covers dem. Toxic kills and Hex kills even more with stab and boost frum will-o-wisp. Recover is on every wall, because it heals hp and Surf can attack those that can't be burned such as heatran because its a fire type with a supper effective stab hit tho sun cancels out the supper effective part T.T
