maybe you should use hi-jump kick for hitmonlee so you don't lose the undurden boost because i think defense,special defense i think is more valuable than wasting a few hps. Also only 1 person can have leftovers in legal tournements

All in all a good team. I notice only three minor points of improvement.

Umbreon: Make its ability Inner Focus. I believe it was Shx who first brought to my attention the fact that while Synchronize might look like the better ability, the opponent can use it to not have Bad Poison. Inner Focus will ensure that your foe won't abuse Synchronize to only be ordinaryily poisoned or such. It also protects against Fake Out, which is more common as you go down in tiers.

Charizard: Replace Dragon Claw with Thunderpunch. Water types are WAY more common than Dragon types in RU, and are much more of a threat. I would usually suggest going with Belly Drum, but your lack of a Rapid Spinner removes that option.

Now for your "can't decide which move/item to use".

Nidoqueen: Go with Leftovers. Quiver Dance gives you enough power.

Hitmonlee: Hi Jump Kick. Ghost types are less common in RU. And Fake Out is very common. So Close Combat would make you vulnerable to Fake Out.
