You can't call this is a stall team,you dint have toxic or any form of damaging status.I will answer this tomorrow,but do you want me to put moves like toxic on in so it is a stall team,or just leave it like a normal team like it is(kinda)

use toxic then power split(to steal opponents attack) then keep using protect then hex and repeat. With leftovers and toxic your opponents power drained having every other attack miss and 150 base power hex this will having them pulling hair  out of their head(unless they have a normal or steel type but use this ariados to stop switches).

if you want to trap your opponent use spider web if not wait or use agility.when you want to trap them use spider web then substitute/agility then baton pass.Sucker punch is mainly for if you get trapped(by maybe chandelure or wobbefet) or if your opponent uses a psychic type.
