Dragunn (Latias) (F) @ Leftovers

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

We ALL know why Latias is better than latios. This guy works wonders on this team. When I decided to have a grass/ground/water/fighting counter (my basic sandstorm weaknesses) This guy was perfect.

Suggestions... I'd like to see how much better these guys can get.

Hippo

Switch out Protect for Slack off. Reliable healing that will make you last longer, and will still let you stall Toxic out. I would also go full out Special bulk on him if I were you.

Metagross

This may break your heart, but you already have a solid psychic, AND a solid steel. Meaning he isn't giving good type synergy, I'll get onto what I'm replacing him for in a sec.

Landorus

I would exchange that Soft Sand for either a Lum berry ( Burn ) or a Life orb. Switch out Outrage for U-turn.

Gastrodon

Again with the overly spread out EVs :P

252 HP / 252 Sp atk / 4 Defense should do you in just fine.

Latias

Despite losing a few resistances from your dragon typing, Reuniclus is much more useful in the Sand than Latias, and get this.. it doesn't get hurt by sand.

Now, to replace Metagross. There's a key thing you haven't gotten to abuse yet with sand, and that would be Rock types. They're the only type that actually straight up benefits from the weather instead of just not being hurt by it.
