On samurott, you can change Return for Hidden Power [Ground] (for those nasty electric types and gives you more coverage) and I would suggest Surf over Hydro Pump, it's better to have a reliable accuracy not to mention you have all EVs on SpAtk maxed, Hydro Cannon is another option, though you have to recharge. I wouldn't recommend Air Slash as Samurott is not that quick to strike first, you can go for have Ice Beam for those ever glorious dragon types and to cover your weakness. And maybe Trump Card (if enemy has Pressure ability) or Water Pulse (if you feel lucky).
