Insomnia (ability)

Effect

Insomnia prevents the ability-bearer from falling asleep, both from moves by other Pokemon like Sing, and self-inflicted sleep like Rest.

If a sleeping Pokemon aquires Insomnia (e.g. from Worry Seed, it will wake up on its next turn.
