Plant Cloak
Gen 7 PU
Wormadam
Wormadam (F) @ Leftovers / Focus Sash
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Bug Buzz
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Shadow Ball
- Quiver Dance

Yes, I know Wormadam has bad speed. You can use Quiver Dance on a passive Pokémon. Bug Buzz and Energy Ball are STAB moves. HP Ice deals with flying types, or you could use Shadow Ball for coverage. You can also have Wormadam hold Leftovers for a little HP recovery, or Focus Sash to gaurantee Wormadam sets up Quiver Dance if they are no entry hazards on your side.

Wormadam Trash Cloak

Wormadam @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Protect
- Gyro Ball / Infestation

Stealth Rock to start, sets up entry hazards. Toxic is obvious. Protect to stall and get more Leftovers recovery. Wormadam's speed is exceptionally bad, so you can use Gyro Ball with it. Or, you can use Infestation and trap the opponent, usually making them die from Toxic damage.

It's a little weird and probably specific, but it makes more sense once you look into it.

Any Wormadam (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 4 Defense
IVs: 0 Attack
Quiet Nature
-Bug Buzz
-Psychic
-Quiver Dance
-Attract

This Wormadam build is all based on playing with Trick Room. You make Wormadam's Speed as low as possible without removing IVs so you can use the previously set up Trick Room to get Attract off on its first turn, and you'll know when to send it out because it's always Female. Use the rest of the turns Trick Room is up to use Quiver Dance, and by the time it's down and if luck pays out, you might be faster anyways. Bug Buzz is for STAB, Psychic is for general damage since so little resists Psychic. Leftovers is in case you do get hit.

Trash Form
Gen 7 ZU

Wormadam-Trash (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flash Cannon
- Quiver Dance
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

You'll want to take out fire types before attempting to set up with set. Flash Cannon is STAB. Quiver Dance is to boost your special attack, special defense, and speed. Rest is for healing. Sleep Talk is so you won't be vulnerable while you're asleep.

Chasmadam (Wormadam-Sandy) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 30Def 30SpD 30Spe
- Earth Power
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Quiver Dance

Pretty tanky, without effort.
Spam Quiver Dance, then go for the kill.
Most weakness can be covered, but as it's so tanky, it does handle hits pretty well.
