Where is Spear Pillar ?

I'm playing platinum and I just beat Cyrus in team Galactic H.Q.He said that he was goint to mountain coronet.The place is Spear Pillar, right ? I can't find an entrance anywhere ! Were is Spear Pillar ?

This video will give you directions to the Spear Pillar where you will catch Giratina (I think), which is atop Mt. Coronet.
