Where can I get a ralts in Pokemon black?

You can catch Ralts in White Forest, so you have to trade as its not obtainable in Black.

Ask around in the chat. However, don't get frustrated if no one wants to.
Also, you can go to GTS Negotiations to see if someone has one...

Nobody in black. But in black/white 2 (if you have it), you can trade with Yancy or Curtis for a ralts.
