so have I missed the Genesect event down here, or has there just simply not been one yet (seems everyone has one except us)

Genesect was available for download via Wifi for the Australian copies from October 11,2012 (Pokémon Black 2 and White 2's release date in Australia) to November 12,2012.

I saw the Genesect ad on cartoon network 24/7. they even played it after the event finished >.>
