Need help with my wi-fi problems?

Omg! I really need help!!! in the Pokemon center I go down and talk to the person in the Middle and she say "create a friend code " - or something like that- so I do but I never have any wifi and I really want to add people but I need a code so please help me

Well sorry to say your entering the Wi-Fi Club which requires Wi-Fi. You need Wi-Fi to obtain your Friend Code. Sorry to disappoint but that's how it works.
