Likely tier: Underused

Nope, actually it is NU.
If you go on smogon forums, it's OU
Now, RU.

SWeeper:

Nature: Jolly/Adamant

EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 4 Defense

Gear Change: To Raise attack and speed.

Gear Saucer: Good Move, kinda.

Return: Good Neutral Coverage.

Toxic/Thunder Wave/Swagger: If You Want to weaken, Toxic, if you want to parylyze, Thunder Wave, to Confuse Swagger, why did I juststate the Obvious?

This Pokemon has me somewhat excited. It has some really nice moves.

Ability: Clear Body

EVs: Attack, Defense, Speed Nature: Adament

Gear Saucer: Better accuracy than Iron Tail, and has the same base power if you can count the fact that it hits twice. Also this allows it to break through Substitute.

Gear Change: This moves is great, doubling Speed and increasing attck by one stage. One of the best stat raising moves I have seen since Gen 1 Amnesia.

Toxic: Damages the foe while it takes hits easily.

Rock Smash: Some type coverage, which Gear Saucer doesn't lend.

Trachy I like that moveset but I suggest replace rock smash with return even with high attack rock smash stinks.
Yes, but without Rock Smash there is almost no type coverage. Return+Gear Saucer means that you are only effective against Rock types.
While it's true, it defeats the purpose of having a super effective move if it doesn't do much damage to the foe.  Perhaps taking a different approach, like powering him so he does lots of damage to all his targets.

Lets see:

Trick Room/Gear change/Body purge-Any of these help with the speed. I personally like TR because it's less expected than gear change, which everyone will be using. Though GC offers raised attack. Why give rock polish when he already has Body purge?

Gear saucer- good move.... nuff said

sandstorm-damages alongside the next move

toxic-adds damage along with sandstorm.

Problem with Trick Room is he has fairly good speed to start with.
Which is why it's not predictable. Use a hindering speed nature and you're good to go. 161 Minimum speed isn't great

OR A Physical Tank:

NAture: Impish/Adamant

EVs: 252 Defense, 252 Attack

Moves:

Toxic: Yeah.

Gear Saucer: Uh-Hu.

Return: Power.

Sandstorm: Damage.

Gigigear is what happens when you try too hard to be like Magnezone, and boy, did they do a crappy job at that. I'm almost mad at this stupid-looking creature. "Throw it in the NU pile!" is what I want to say, but unfortunately, it'd work really well in an UU Sandstorm team.

Here's what I'm thinking, for a Sandstorm Lead:

Gigigear
@ Smooth Rock
NATURE: Hasty
EVS: / 252 Speed / 252 Special Attack / 4 HP /

MOVESET:

Gear Saucer
Sandstorm
Volt Change
Return / Trick Room

Good point on sf. However, PM wanted us to make seperate movesets.
Oh, my bad. How ironic; I'll have to go and fix one of my own answers, then!

Klinklang @ Leftovers/Life Orb

Trait: Clear Body/Minus

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

  • Shift Gear
  • Gear Grind
  • Wild Charge
  • Substitute/Return

BW2 Klinklang at its finest. BW2 gave Klinklang a gift it would love, Wild Charge. Because of that, Klinklang can run Shift Gear efficiently, and not run Discharge. Shift Gear as you know, boosts Attack by 1 stage, and Speed by 2 stages. Gear Grind is STAB boosted by Shift Gear, breaking Subs on the process. Wild Charge is Discharge's replacement, while being better by actually being boosted. Last Move is based on choice really, Return for more damage while Substitute makes you boosted freely. Item is based on preference as well, which needs no explaining.

Why Minus as an ability? Don't you always want Clear Body, seeing as Minus does nothing except in Doubles/Triples and Clear Body protects your Shift Gear boosts?

I also like using Rock Smash in that final move slot. :3
Because Clear Body isn't released yet I believe. And Minus sounds cooler than Plus :P
I was about to do this set XD
I said that comment before 'cause he removes the pics on my posts all the time, despite the fact it annoys the living crap out of me. You do realize that image is illegal?
Has it came to your mind that this has been here for months? Just because your images are removed doesn't mean you have any right to declare mine to be removed. Quit being annoying and go waste your time somewhere else. God damn.

Klang the gear wall

Item: Evolite
Ability: Clear-body
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 S.defense, and 6 attack

Toxic
Rest/Protect
Screech/Shift-gear
Gear-grind/Rock-smash

475.5 Defense..wow. 403 S.def...also wow. 11 resistances...again wow. I included evolite boosts in that by the way. Toxic is your stalling move which is always awesome. Rest is for somewhat unreliable healing which should only be used when your opponent can not set up while Protect can be used for toxistalling. Screech can annoy the opponent by lowering there defense or you could try to wall sweep with Gear-shift. Gear-grind would be for taking out Poison types who are immune to Toxic while Rock-smash would to the same to Steel types.

Those defenses are nice until you realize how crappy his HP is; he has a bad case of Shuckle Syndrome.

My Klinklang is level 100 and it's movset has come in quite handy.

Flash Cannon-Powerful and acurate

Thunderbolt-Helps cover some other types

Metal Sound-Allows you to use one big attack to kill them

Giga Impact/ Hyper Beam-For a quick finish

Against tough foes, slowly lower their sp.def and finish it with a few hits. This works for klinklang because it has good defense and quite a lot of moves are not very effective on it. Choose either giga impact or hyper beam depending on how much you're relying on metal sound.

Sounds like this guy should be electric and steel, but then he would be like Magnezone.

Nature:
Zap Cannon
Shift Gear
Flash Cannon / Gear Grind
Rock Smash (shame he cant learn focus blast)

One of my favourite Klingklang sets.

Klinklang@Life Orb

Nature: Modest (-Atk +Sp.Atk)
EVs:252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, 4 Defense

Charge Beam
Flash Cannon
Signal Beam
Toxic

Charge Beam is to raise your Sp.Atk, Flash Cannon is STAB, and Toxic and Signal Beam are for coverage.

thunderbolt causes parylises (tm)
volt switch effect and returns your pokemon (tm)
flash cannon damage and a good steel type move. (tm)
gear grind does multiple damage and a very good steel type move.

Klinklang @ leftovers/Quick Claw/Life Orb
Role: Physical Sweeper
Nature: Adamant(Atk+,SpA-) OR Jolly(Spd+,SpA-)
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
•Shift Gear (increases attack and Speed)
•Wild Charge (better for Klinklang)
•Gear Grind (GREAT after Shift Gear)
•Return/Giga Impact (better than rock smash, my opinion)

< Wild Charge can't be learned in Pokemon Black and White...

Hope you guys enjoy!! C=
