Healing beam/heal bell/Wish-Healing beam is for multi battles, if you are one on one, then go with heal bell. Wish restores health.

Light screen-Boosts special defense for team.

Thunder wave/Toxic-TW to cut speed, or toxic to damage foe slowly.

Double Edge/Protect-protect allows you to stall, or double edge is there if you have taunters.

Rare like Chansey, has the same healing idea as Chansey, is worse than Chansey... I don't do double-battle movesets, so this is for single battle.

Ability: Regeneration

EVs: HP, Defense, Sp. Def Nature: Bold

Psychic: To attack the foe, especially Psychics.

Calm Mind: Provides offensive and defensive boosts.

Sweet Kiss: Confuses the foe to help stall.

Encore: More stalling.

Choice Specs + STAB + Echoed Voice's amazing power increasing effects = Amazing.

Then you tack on Bolt-beam and a move that can hit your opponents defense with your special attack. It's just... awesome! :D

Bulk and power is what the EVs are aiming at, btw.

Safe guard/Helping hand-Prevent hits or increase partners attack.

Although I created this primarily for steelix it can be used with most Pokemon but NEVER on its own or be faced with imminent destruction! Other than that remember to have fun!
Use reflect and light screen to make sure that instant KOs dont happen(not that they would anyway) and to severely reduce damage taken.Use safe guard if you chose it then top off your partners health. Start using helping hand (if you chose it) to increase attack. TEAM UNKILLIBLE!!!
