I've been having a lot of trouble lately about breeding the move Drill Peck to my Skarmory when I breed. I'm breeding a Dodrio with one of my Skarmory to get the move because Dodrio has the move. But when I breed it says they don't like each other?! By the way does the female have to be the one with the move? Or the male?

it has to be male dodrio with female skarmory

But when I breed it says they don't like each other?!

That's fine as long as he doesn't say "They prefer to play with other Pokemon than with each other." Them not liking each other just means it's a lower chance that an egg will appear.

By the way does the female have to be the one with the move? Or the male?

The male is the one who passes down moves and the female determines what comes out of the egg.

You're doing nothing wrong if Dodrio is male and Skarmory is female. Best of luck in breeding it will just take time :P

Unfortunately, Doduo does not have the Egg Move Drill Peck, and so he can't learn it when it's hatched out of the egg.

How it works is that the Female's first evolution must have the egg move of whatever move it's trying to learn. In this case, it's Drill Peck. Since Doduo doesn't have the egg move of Drill Peck, it can't learn it. The male is the one that possesses the move.

Hope I helped. :)
