Question

My Lvl 100 Torterra has 312 HP, when All The Websites Say his Min HP is 331. Is Something Wrong Here?
My Lvl 100 Swampert has 332 HP, when the sites say his Min is 341! Whats Up here?

The other sites are wrong, or you misread the information. Torterra's minimum HP at lv100 is 300, as shown here: http://pokemondb.net/pokedex/torterra

It looks like you have quite a low HP IV. Actually it must be 12, if you didn't train any EVs in HP since natures don't affect HP.

And for Swampert, his minimum is 310. So yours is pretty good in that regard.

Which sites did you get the numbers 331 and 341? I checked several and they are the same as on pokemondb.

Did you take into account IVs? those maximum stats assume your pokemon have a perfect 31 IVs in that stat. Your pokemon probably have something in the high 20's if their stats are that close to max with all the EVs too.

Probally the way you trained him in evs if you didnt work on it much that could happen
