King's Rock for a Togekiss with Serene Grace?

I know Serene Grace doubles the chances of extra effects, and a King's Rock makes the target flinch occasionally (10% chance). So if I give my Togekiss with Serene Grace a King's rock, will the ability affect the item at all? So will moves like Dazzling Gleam, which originally has no chance to make the target flinch, have a 20% chance of making the opponent flinch? Also, since Air Slash has a 30% chance of making the opponent flinch, what will the new percentage be with Serene Grace and King's Rock?

Serene Grace does not effect items. So the King's Rock would stay at a 10% chance of causing flinches. So Dazzling Gleam would have a 10% chance of causing flinches.

Since Serene Grace does not effect items, Air Slash would have a 70% chance of causing flinches.
