How to get a hydration whiscash in Y?

So, the title tells everything :D I'm a rookie when it comes to breeding..

You cant get a Hidden Ability (Hydration)Whiscash in Pokemon X/Y.
The only way to have a Hydration Wishcash in X/Y is to Transfer it over from a gen 5 game, so if you dont have a gen5 game and Pokebank you can look for one in the GTS or in a WiFi trade.
