Is it possible to get a second Heatran?

You won't be able to get another one through the game. You'll need to trade for one.

Or trade pokemon to another game and restart the game.

So much more of a hassle though than just usin the GTS. He already has it on his Dex, so it should be easy.

You can't breed legendaries, which Heatran is.

Acctually, manaphy can be bred & it is legendary, what about that?
