Trainer tower problem?

Question

I'm having a hard time in the trainer tower that's in seven island, what is the recommended highest level a pokemon should have? What is a good party? And finally what movesets for those pokemon? The trainers in that tower have crazy movesets on their pokemon that you never know what your gonna get hit with.

From what I understand, the trainers use Pokemon at the level of your highest Pokemon in the party. I would say to keep your Pokemon in the group as close to the same level as possible. A good party would probably be any other party for tough trainers which is a variety of Pokemon but not sure exactly which ones.
