Why can't I buy the Tire?

So I wanted a Tire in my secret base. On Serebii, it says I can buy it in the secret base guild, at Bronze Rank. So I go to the guild, but I can't buy the tire! Why not?

The tire is not located at the secret base guild I know this because I am a bronze rank and I can't buy it there you buy the tire at Lilycove department story on the roof on Saturday you could also get a tire from one of the 5 people who give you O-powers in Mauville for a potion, antidote, or pokeball.
